Xcan.it operates on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

5. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day no-quibble refund guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Xcan.it lawfully, ethically, and in a manner that respects the rights of others.

You must not use the platform to:

• Create, link to, or distribute any content that is illegal, abusive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory (including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, xenophobia, or religious intolerance)
